About Jennifer
Passion
Jennifer Franko is a self-proclaimed people-geek. And once you spend some time with her, you’ll come to the same conclusion.
She has an innate ability to connect with and understand those with whom she interacts—from close family to friends and associates to perfect strangers. Her natural gift of empathy for others from all walks of life developed early in her life, creating a deep-rooted passion for caring for and supporting others.
She firmly believes we all support, serve, and lead human beings—not human doings—and incorporates this foundational belief into her coaching style.
Fueled by her Christian faith, Jennifer is called to support others in finding their unique purpose that brings love and goodness in the world and glory to God. She’s especially passionate about coaching spiritual leaders across the globe—providing them with a safe space to grow, be challenged, and remember who they were created to be.
Experience
For more than half of her career, Jennifer worked in the financial services industry for a regional bank—managing product, marketing, and customer and employee experience programs. With a passion for coaching leaders to self-discover their true potential, she stepped into consulting to make a greater impact.
Jennifer brings a solid foundation of over 25 years in the corporate and consulting sectors and valuable lessons learned in her work and personal life.
Her people-centered abilities were practiced and further developed throughout her career and naturally led Jennifer to a critical people-group within the working world who make the most impact on others—managers, supervisors, leaders, and executives. As a result, she has led global manager and leadership development workshops regarding emotional intelligence, cascading strategic initiatives with relevance, aligning management style to brand and culture, empathy, communication styles, coaching, feedback, delegating, and goal-setting. She has launched strategic employee engagement programs and platforms for performance management, engagement gamification, recognition and feedback, internal brand campaigns, change management, and onboarding enablement.
Jennifer has a Bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal Communications and is a Prosci-Certified Change Practitioner. She is a certified IBM Blue Core Coach, a graduate of Coach U’s Core Essentials Program™—an approved Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) track of the International Coaching Federation (ICF)—and a Chapter Affiliate of the ICF, Columbus, Ohio Chartered Chapter.
