As your Coach, I will partner with you to identify, document, and track what you want to accomplish for your coaching engagement.
We’ll incorporate the “why” behind each coaching goal you set, so you remember throughout the engagement why it’s important to you and the benefits of pressing forward and achieving that goal.
And we’ll identify ways of measuring so you know you’re on your way to achieving your goals and essential growth success.
My commitment to you:
Providing a confidential, safe space for you to be fully “in” and comfortable to say what you need to say to be most productive in your coaching engagement with me
Listening closely to the things you say—and the things you don’t say
Asking questions to help you get to the root of an obstacle, key decision, or even just a new perspective
Acknowledging the things for which you perhaps don’t give yourself credit and repeated behaviors you might not realize are not productive for you
Reflecting back to you the thoughts, ideas, and stories you share as a way of confirming that’s what you really want or mean
Providing thoughts and stories about situations, tools, and resources I’ve personally experienced or have found to be helpful and useful for other clients

How It Works
Step 1: Meet & Match
We’ll connect to see if we’re a good fit for each other—this includes a brief coaching session so you can personally experience my coaching style. If either of us feels it’s not the right fit, I’ll recommend some trusted coaching colleagues for you to have a meet-and-match discussion.
Step 2: Essential
Growth Planning
We’ll talk through what you want to achieve during your coaching engagement, ensuring we understand why it’s important to you and how we’ll know you’re on the path to achievement.
In this session, we’ll also take more time to get to know one another and figure out what coaching offering plan would work best for you.
Step 3: Coaching Sessions
We’ll meet for 1:1 time at the pace and schedule that works best for you.
Step 4: Coaching Wrap-up
We’ll get together one last time to reflect back on the entire coaching engagement, and I’ll have some things for you to think through and respond to for our final conversation.
